1. 動詞(時態) devote

後面接反身代名詞(/oneself) ;

to 是 介系詞,

後面接 "名詞,或 動名詞(/V.ing)" ,

(不是 不定詞 : to + V.(原形) )

2. 以 be 動詞 當 時態,

後面接 過去分詞(/p.p.) " devoted " ,

to 也是 介系詞,
